How does the free fax work?
Your first fax is free for up to 3 pages to any of our 10 supported destinations. The document is deleted after 24 hours, the recipient number is reduced to its last four digits, and the delivery receipt is deleted after 14 days.
How do I send a fax?
Open Send, enter the destination fax number, scan or choose a document, review every page, and tap Send Fax. Delivery updates appear in Activity.
Where can I see a received fax?
Monthly includes your own fax number. Incoming documents appear in Inbox after they are received and securely stored.
What is included with each plan?
The 3-Day Send Pass includes 50 outbound pages over 3 days and does not renew. Its fax documents are deleted 7 days after sending and receipts after 30 days. Monthly includes 300 combined sent and received pages, your own fax number, and fax storage. Monthly documents are deleted 30 days after each fax and receipts after 90 days.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open Settings, choose Plan & Purchases, then tap Restore Purchases while signed in to the Apple Account used for the original purchase.
How do I cancel the Monthly plan?
Open Settings, choose Plan & Purchases, then Manage Subscription with Apple. Canceling stops future renewals. Access and your fax number continue through the paid period; when that period expires, the number is released and may not be available if you subscribe again.
Why is my fax still processing?
The receiving fax machine can take several minutes to respond. Check Activity again shortly. If delivery fails, verify the fax number and try again.
How do I remove a fax document?
Swipe left on an Inbox or Activity item and choose Delete. Free Fax documents are deleted after 24 hours, the recipient number is then reduced to its last four digits, and the receipt is deleted after 14 days. 3-Day Send Pass documents are deleted after 7 days and receipts after 30 days. Monthly documents are deleted after 30 days and receipts after 90 days. You can delete any fax sooner.
